Does your school’s mental health strategy meet the same standards as a top-tier school in the UK?

In the UK, the DfE has established a clear standard for Senior Mental Health Leads. For British International Schools, maintaining this parity is essential for BSO readiness, staff retention, and parental confidence. We provide accredited pathways to help your school lead the way, from Introduction all the way to Advanced our training covers all roles and phases.

All MHL courses cover these 8 modules: leadership and management, pupil voice, staff development, identifying need and monitoring impact, working with families, parents and carers, ethos and environment, curriculum, teaching and learning and trageted support.

AMHIE training provides the clarity your school needs to:

    • Be Proactive: Move beyond reactive support to embed a sustainable, whole-school mental health strategy.
    • Demonstrate Impact: Gain the tools to effectively document, evidence, and showcase your provision for inspection.
    • Build Confidence: Certify your staff across key roles, creating a unified and highly capable team.
    • Achieve Parity: Meet the standards set by UK-based educational settings.
    • Time-Zone Friendly: Our Introduction and Intermediate courses are pre-recorded, allowing staff to train whenever fits their local schedule.
    • Global Networking: The Advanced Live Cohort connects international leaders with UK peers to share best practices in diverse cultural settings.

    • CPD Excellence: Provide your expatriate staff with UK-recognised qualifications that support their long-term professional career goals.
