Working Parties
Discuss and implement changes to help the community.
Working parties
We are a member-informed organisation, what is important to you, is important to us and this is where working parties come in.
A working party exists to develop guidance, resources, toolkits or case studies to help the wider community.
The working parties are divided into various groups within the wider community so that peers can collaborate; giving the groups more value and insight than a larger mixed cohort might offer.
To join, simply select the working party that most suits your background from the list below; we have working groups for FE, Secondary, Primary and Early years.

Is there something missing that you would like to see? Just ask us here support@amhie.com or by phone 02381 120010
AMHIE supports those involved in mental health in education throughout the UK; anyone can join our working groups. As a professional in the sector, you can join and share your resources and tips to help and support others in the community in our working groups.
How does it work?
Working groups meet several times a year to develop guidance, resources or case studies that will support others working within the sector with their learning and development.
Who can join?
Anyone who has signed up to our free membership option (as we need your contact details to be able to connect you all and arrange group meetings). Just let us know which phase you wish to attend.
Do I get free membership?
We cannot offer our groups complimentary full membership, but you will be signed up to our free membership option enabling you to be kept updated on news and what’s going on as well as a membership certificate and members badges.
I’m not sure I’m qualified to advise other people!?
Don’t worry, anyone can join ~ we will not prevent anyone from getting involved in our working groups. Everyone can connect with our community.
Great, sign me up!
Please email us and express your interest support@amhie.com, we recruit working party members at the beginning of June to start in the new academic year.
