Professional Membership for Schools.
Join the Association of Mental Health in Education (AMHIE) and gain immediate access to a professional library of evidence-informed resources and training designed to help schools conform with guidance, support wellbeing, and reduce risk — without adding to workload.
AMHIE exists to validate your approach, support professional development, and help your school stay compliant and inspection-ready.
What we offer our members
How do we compare to others?
Why should you choose AMHIE?
-
If you are a Mental Health Lead: Choose AMHIE. We are the only organisation specifically built to help you manage the role of the Lead, focusing on your time management and statutory duties.
-
If you want clinical resources: Anna Freud or Place2Be are excellent for specific therapeutic strategies and research-backed lesson plans.
-
If you are a SENCO: NASEN remains the gold standard for SEND-specific policy and classroom differentiation.
The Bottom Line
AMHIE is essentially your “Compliance Shield.” While other organisations tell you what mental health is, AMHIE tells you what you need to do to stay compliant, how to train your staff for the lowest possible cost, and how to evidence your work to external stakeholders.
