Why use AMHIE services?
To effectively support the mental health and well-being of students, school staff teams should have access to regular coaching, supervision, therapy, and counselling*. These provisions are not merely beneficial; they are necessary for fostering a resilient and capable workforce equipped to navigate the complexities of young people’s emotional landscapes.
When staff feel supported and mentally well, they are more likely to be attuned to the needs of their students and model healthy coping mechanisms.
