Kooth – Building mentally healthier populations, leaving no one behind
AMHIE have been chatting with Kooth, an NHS – commissioned, BACP – accredited digital mental health service. They provide free, safe, and anonymous support for children and young people. “Limiting screen time protects children’s mental health”
